Э́двард Хумс (англ. Edward Humes) — американский журналист и писатель. Лауреат Пулитцеровской премии.
Биография
Родился в Филадельфии. Окончил Хэмпширский колледж.
В 1989 году получил Пулитцеровскую премию за специализированный репортаж за статьи в газете Orange County Register в которых провёл расследование деятельности Вооружённых сил США.[2]
Автор статей в Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles MagazineThe Atlantic, Wired, TechCrunch, Harvard Business Review, California Lawyer и Sierra Magazine.
Также занимается написанием книг в жанре документальной прозы.
В 2001 году в течение года преподавал литературное мастерство в Уитневской средней школе, где учатся выходцы из среднего класса, что нашло отражение в его книге «Школа грёз» вышедшей в 2004 году.
В настоящее время проживает в Южной Калифорнии.
